Hi! I am a Master's trained, College Registered, Social Worker, and graduated from The University of Toronto in 1995. My 20 years of clinical experience include working at The Hospital for Sick Children (1996-2004) and the Toronto District School Board (2004-2017).

Over 20 years, I have specialized in supporting individuals and families through life changes, separation and divorce, children and teens coping with social, emotional or behavioral issues, and individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and stress management. I am committed to helping build resiliency in my clients, a sense of personal accomplishment, and lasting confidence in themselves. My priority is to ensure comfort in the therapeutic relationship, beginning exactly where each individual or family is at through a thorough preliminary assessment of needs.  Together we build a plan that will provide us with a shared sense of commitment to achieving your goals.

While I utilize multiple therapeutic interventions that include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Developmental and Attachment Theories, as well as Mindfulness-based strategies, the most important contribution I believe I make is in providing a safe, confidential space to be heard, and to reflect.

Welcome

Therapy sessions are eligible for reimbursement through some extended health plans.
